Technology
F 425 / FP 425 – Drum Pumps for 99.98% Residual Emptying
Less than 0.05 litres remain in a 200-litre drum
The F/FP 425 drum pump leaves less than 0.05 litres of residual fluid in a 200-litre drum. This corresponds to a maximum residual volume of just 0.02%.
An integrated non-return valve can be closed before removing the pump from the container. This prevents the fluid remaining inside the pump from flowing back into the drum.
The pump allows expensive fluids to be used almost completely. For critical fluids, it also reduces drum cleaning and disposal costs.
The F/FP 425 is available in stainless steel, polypropylene and Hastelloy C. The stainless-steel and Hastelloy C versions are also suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Compare
The technical specifications depend on the pump model, motor, and fluid. ¹ The maximum flow rate is a test bench value measured with water at 20 °C at the pump’s discharge port, without accessories such as hoses, dispensing nozzles, or flow meters. The flow rate that can be achieved in practice is lower and depends on the specific application, the properties of the fluid, and the pump configuration. See technical data sheets or performance charts. ² Depends on pump model, motor, and fluid. ³ Depends on pump model.
