Overview
Unlike commutator motors, this motor runs without carbon brushes and therefore requires no maintenance. The compact brushless FBM 4000 Ex motor has a very robust housing with an aluminium double shell. The soft start and easy-to-use speed setting make sensitive metering possible. The integrated undervoltage protection prevents uncontrolled pump starts after a loss of power and therefore guarantees optimum safety. Attention: Safety plugs must not be used in areas subject to explosion hazards! Plugs with explosion protection (CEAG or STAHL) are available separately. If desired, they can be fitted for a surcharge.
