Submersible Centrifugal Pumps
Submersible centrifugal pumps circulate and agitate fluids in tanks, baths, and containers. Submersion depths exceed 4 meters; they can also handle fluids containing solids.
Products
Overview
FLUX centrifugal immersion pumps are vertical centrifugal pumps designed for pumping and circulating fluids in tanks, baths, and containers.
The F 600 Series operates as a mobile or stationary tank pump with immersion depths of up to 4,100 mm and can also handle fluids containing solids. The F 700 Series is designed for stationary continuous operation in circulation and filtration processes—seal-less in the liquid zone and maintenance-free.
Highlights

Large immersion depths
F 600 Series: up to 4,100 mm – for tanks without a bottom opening

Suitable for endurance running
F 700 Series: seal-less, maintenance-free, very long service life
Wide Range of Services
Up to 45 m³/h, up to 35 mWs, up to 2,500 mPas
Pumping media containing solids
F 600 Series: Also conveys fibers and slurries

Variety of Materials
PP, PVDF, PVC, stainless steel – chemically and thermally resistant
Applications
Typical applications and areas of use for FLUX submersible centrifugal pumps.
Electroplating and surface treatment
Circulate and filter anodizing baths, pickling baths, and electroplating solutions – seal-free with the F 700 Series.
Chemical Industry
Convey aggressive acids, alkalis, and salts – in PP, PVDF, or stainless steel.
Tall tanks without a bottom opening
Submersion depths of up to 4,100 mm with the F 600 Series – for tanks that conventional pumps cannot reach.
Media containing solids
Fibers, slurries, and turbid fluids – Series F 600 to 2,500 mPas viscosity.
Paints and Varnishes
Pumping and circulating water-based paints and coatings – Series F 600 in PP and PVDF.
Water and Wastewater Technology
Industrial wastewater and contaminated process water – chemically resistant in PP and PVDF.
Mobile Support
Varying application sites and container sizes – the F 600 Series for canisters, IBCs, and tanks.
