Semi-Automatic Filling Systems with Flow Meter
Semi-automatic filling systems with a flow meter dispense preset liquid volumes quickly and accurately. The desired quantity is configured via FLUXTRONIC®. The filling process is started and stopped at the push of a button.
The system consists of coordinated components: a drum pump, drive motor, hose assembly, flow meter, switching amplifier, and FLUX filling unit. This creates a compact solution for repetitive filling tasks.
The semi-automatic version is a cost-effective alternative to conventional filling machines and stationary filling systems. Depending on the configuration, versions for use in hazardous (Ex) areas are also available.
