Filling Systems
Filling systems are used wherever fluids need to be filled or emptied from drums, IBCs, or canisters quickly, safely, and with precise dosing. A FLUX filling system consists of a combination of a pump, drive motor, and accessories tailored to the specific application. The product range extends from manual pump sets to semi-automatic systems with FLUXTRONIC metering, all the way to the FLUX FILL GT filling system with weighing technology, which is certified for calibration.

FLUX filling systems are pre-assembled systems consisting of FLUX pumps, drive motors, and application-specific accessories. Manual sets with a dispensing nozzle are suitable for simple filling tasks, while semi-automatic systems with FLUXTRONIC® and flow meters ensure reproducible dosing.
For filling subject to calibration requirements under the Prepackaged Goods Ordinance, the FLUX FILL GT with weighing technology is available. The SAFETEC system empties sealed chemical containers without opening them and without spilling a drop.
