Technology

F 430 PP – Container Pump for High Head

For delivery heads up to 32 mWS

The F 430 PP 100/50 container pump, made of polypropylene, was specially developed for higher delivery heads and pressures. Instead of a rotor, it is equipped with an impeller in a pump housing.

When combined with the high-performance FLUX motors, it delivers significantly higher pressure—up to over 3 bar—at flow rates of up to 40 l/min, compared to drum pumps with semi-axial rotors. This makes it particularly suitable for pumping fluids from, for example, IBCs and other containers into higher-elevation piping systems or from IBC storage areas in basements to upper floors.

Compare

¹ The maximum flow rate is a test bench value measured with water at 20 °C at the pump’s discharge port, without attachments such as hoses, dispensing nozzles, or flow meters. The flow rate that can be achieved in practice is lower and depends on the specific application, the properties of the fluid, and the pump configuration. ² Depends on pump model, motor, and fluid.
