Overview
The compact F 460 Ex commutator motor has a very robust housing with an aluminium double shell, making it very quiet. The motor is fully enclosed. The optimum air duct makes very good cooling possible and therefore enables the carbon brushes to achieve an above-average service life. It is equipped with an integrated low voltage circuit breaker, which prevents uncontrolled starts and thereby guarantees optimum safety. The F 460 Ex EL motor also has an easy-to-use electronic speed setting for regulating the delivery quantity. Attention: Safety plugs must not be used in areas subject to explosion hazards! Plugs with explosion protection (CEAG or STAHL) are available from us separately. If desired, they can be fitted for a surcharge.
